Every Conjoin service under one enterprise contract

Build your app on services that Conjoin commits to keeping available 99.99% of each month, and keep your customers' data in the region that your compliance terms require. When a critical issue reaches your users, the support engineer assigned to your company responds within an hour.

What you get with an Enterprise contract

An Enterprise contract includes everything in Business, along with a 99.99% uptime commitment, a dedicated support engineer, and a choice of regions.

  • A 99.99% uptime SLA

Conjoin commits to 99.99% monthly uptime in each region, which means that it pays you a service credit for any month in which uptime in a region falls below that commitment.

  • Your own support engineer

Conjoin assigns your account its own support engineer, whom your team can reach in a private Slack channel and by phone.

  • Data in the region that you choose

You can keep your data in any region where Conjoin operates, while on Business you can choose between the United States and the European Union.

Response times and service credits under the Enterprise SLA

Under the Enterprise SLA, Conjoin commits to a response time for each severity of issue and credits part of your fees back in any month when it misses the uptime commitment.

Response times

Conjoin responds to each issue within the time that it commits to for that severity.

  • P1Within 1 hourCritical24/7
  • P2Within 4 hoursHigh24/7
  • P3Within 8 hoursMediumBusiness hours
  • P4Within 48 hoursLowBusiness hours

The Conjoin support team answers P3 and P4 issues during business hours, from 9 AM to 5 PM UTC, Monday through Friday.

Service credits

When monthly uptime in a region falls below the commitment, Conjoin credits back a share of that month's fees for the affected service.

  • Below 99.99% but at or above 99.0%10%of monthly fees
  • Below 99.0% but at or above 95.0%25%of monthly fees
  • Below 95.0%65%of monthly fees

Conjoin measures uptime separately in each region, which means that downtime in one region counts toward your credit even while your other regions stay up.

Controls for your identity team, your auditors, and your lawyers

Conjoin adds these controls on Enterprise, on top of the single sign-on, SCIM provisioning, and role mapping that Business includes.

  • Custom SSO connections

You can connect as many identity providers as your company uses, through SAML, OIDC, or a custom SSO connection.

  • Directory sync and role mapping

Conjoin syncs your directory through SCIM on each SSO connection, so each user in your app holds the role that your identity provider assigns.

  • Advanced Guard rules

Your team can write its own Guard rules on top of the bot, network, session, and location checks that Conjoin Auth Guard includes.

  • Audit logs for as long as you need

Conjoin keeps your audit logs for the period that you agree on in your contract, which starts at 90 days, while on Business it keeps them for 30 days.

  • A business associate agreement

Delalify signs a business associate agreement with you when your app handles protected health information under HIPAA.

  • Custom SLA terms

Our sales team can agree on SLA terms beyond the standard Enterprise SLA when your company needs them.

How an Enterprise contract starts

After our sales team agrees on an Enterprise contract with you, Conjoin applies its terms to your account when the contract starts.

  1. 1

Tell us what your app needs

Send our sales team your expected usage, the regions where your data has to stay, and the compliance terms that your company requires.

  2. 2

    Agree on the terms

Our sales team agrees on the pricing, quotas, spend caps, and any custom SLA terms with you, because each Enterprise contract has its own price.

  3. 3

    Start on your contract

When the contract starts, Conjoin sets up your quotas, your overage handling, and your AI policy rules. At the same time, Conjoin opens the private Slack channel where your team can reach its support engineer.
